Incomplete hardware and very bulky

Really frustrated that I was missing one washer in blister pack when I went to assemble this. The carton is 45.8 lbs so returning it is way too much of a hassle. I ended up using one from my own toolbox but for this price I expected better quality control on the hardware pack.
