Missing hardware in the box

I was really excited for this Globlazer S59 but when I opened the blister pack I was missing one washer needed for the base. I had to go to the hardware store to find a replacement before I could finish the build. Also, the carton is extremely heavy at over 45 pounds and the delivery guy just left it at the bottom of my stairs. The tree itself seems okay now that it’s built but the experience was frustrating.
