Love the height on this! 74 inches is tall lol. the scratching boards are a nice touch. only downside was the box was super heavy when it arrived and i had to drag it up my stairs alone. but once it was up my kitties moved right in. the caves are a bit snug but they manage.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
