exactly like the photo. my cats use every single part of it especially the top perches for bird watching.

they love the scratching posts. no more furniture scratching for me!! the light grey is such a pretty color too.

Took a bit of time to assemble but seems very durable. My 15lb cat fits okay in the condos. much better than the one I got from walmart.

My shy cat loves the middle condo. its very tall so they feel safe way up high. the hanging toys are a cute touch too.

The height is great for the price. The top perches are very soft. 4 stars because the assembly took longer than expected.

Nice height. Only thing is the scratching boards are a bit steep for my older cat but he uses the other levels fine. Very soft material.

make sure u measure ur ceiling lol. my cats are in love and the hammock is the star of the show. great value for how many levels you get.

Its okay. The scratching boards are a little thin and the fabric is kinda thin on the corners. Cats like it though so i won't return it but expected better quality fabric.

took a minute to build but the cats were climbing it before I even finished. the sisal posts are getting a workout. no more scratching my sofa thank god

My Maine Coon actually fits in the top perches! Usually these trees are too small but the F74F-LG is legit big enough for large breeds. light grey color is very nice.

arrived with missing screws for the scratching board. had to go to home depot. cat likes it but annoying for the price i paid.

i have 2 kittens and they fly up and down this thing. very sturdy construction. the scratching posts are actually sisal not that paper stuff.

my babies love the little balls hanging off the sides. they play with them until they fall off lol. very easy to put back on tho. great tree and the height is perfect for them to look out the window.

It's a bit of a beast to put together solo. def need two people for some parts. cats love it but it sheds a bit of fuzz from the carpet at first when u take it out of the box.

my two boys wrestle on this thing all day and it barely moves. the light grey looks clean in our living room. definitely worth the money compared to the cheap stuff at the big box stores.

this thing is massive. 74 inches is no joke. I was worried it would tip over but it comes with a wall strap thingy. the light grey color looks good in the living room. lots of places for my 2 cats to hide. happy with it.

my luna is obsessed with the hammock bit and honestly i was worried she wouldnt fit cuz she is a bit chunky but she fits perfect!! assembly took like an hour but instructions were mostly clear. definitely bigger than it looks in photos so clear some space.
