My Maine Coon is a big boy and usually breaks those cheap flimsy baskets on other trees. This model has two deep steel baskets that actually hold his weight without bending an inch. These deep steel baskets hold my heaviest cats easily while they nap. The light grey color looks very modern in our living room too.
