Solid cat tree. The scratching boards on the bottom are a nice touch, usually they just have posts. F49C model is a good height not too tall so it doesn't wobble much when they jump.

This things huge. Took me like 45 mins to set up while watching tv but the instructions were actually decent. the dark grey looks nice in our living room and the cats are already sleeping in the baskets. its pretty sturdy even when my big 15lb chonk jumps on it....
