recieved the wrong color (got beige instead of light grey) and the box was shredded. missing the hammock too. customer service hasnt emailed me back yet.

shipping was fast. one of the posts had a little bit of the rope coming off but i just glued it. not a deal breaker but worth mentioning.

its really tall so make sure u check your ceiling height if u got low ones. assembly was okay but one of the screws was kind of tricky
