good quality. assembly instructions were clear enough. cats are happy so i am happy.

This thing is huge. Honestly its a bit overwhelming in my living room and I should have measured better. The cat likes it but it was a pain to put together by myself. It is soft though.

this thing is taller than me lol (im short). cat loves the scratching posts and finally stopped tearing up my curtains. win win!

one of the scratch boards had a tiny fray on the edge when it arrived but it doesnt affect anything. the cats already started scratching it anyway. very tall and stable.

Doesn't tip over when they zoom up it. Good quality build. The S69-LG is the best one we have owned yet.

my cat actually uses the cave which is rare lol. usually he prefers the box it came in but not this time!

came in 2 days. easy setup. cats are happy. what more can you ask for??

looks great in my room and my kitten loves the little hammock thingy. very soft fabric.

recieved the wrong color (got beige instead of light grey) and the box was shredded. missing the hammock too. customer service hasnt emailed me back yet.

The hammock is a bit small for my 16 pound cat but he still tries to squeeze in lol. everything else is great and it looks nice in the corner.

Just what I needed for my two fosters. They love climbing to the very top platform. It's taller than me! sturdy enough that they don't tip it when they wrestle.

shipping was fast. one of the posts had a little bit of the rope coming off but i just glued it. not a deal breaker but worth mentioning.

its really tall so make sure u check your ceiling height if u got low ones. assembly was okay but one of the screws was kind of tricky to get in. overall pretty good quality.

The light grey is nice. The cave is a bit small for my 15lb Maine Coon but he fits in the hammock well enough. stable base.

my big boy fits in the cave and the platform. hard to find ones that are actually 69 inches tall for this price.
