My cat is obsessed with the hammock. Its really tall too which she loves. Assembly was pretty easy even for one person.

scratch board a bit small and the hammock sags a bit with my fat cat but overall its a solid tree. assembly was fine just follow the pics.

My three cats all have their own spot. The scratching posts are everywhere which is great and the cave is nice and private.
