The tree is 25.6 inches (65 cm) tall. This one is Dark Grey. The I25 is sold in 2 colors: Light Grey and Dark Grey.
Use the assembly instructions on this page. Hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box; you do not need your own tools. A step ladder helps on a tall tree. Follow the numbered steps, then finish the final tightening only after every floor-contact point sits flat. See assembly
