Extremely heavy but very sturdy

This box is no joke at 45 lbs so make sure you have help moving it. Once it is up, it is fantastic. The staggered levels make it easy for my older cat to climb up to the top perches. I wish it was a little lighter to move around the room but the weight is probably why it does not tip.
