Disappointed with the missing parts

The delivery driver left this massive 46 pound carton at the bottom of my stairs and it was a struggle to get up. Then when I started building the S59, I realized the blister pack was missing one of the washers for the main base. I had to go to the hardware store just to finish the bottom level. The tree itself seems okay now that it is done but the shipping and missing piece were frustrating.
