Solid build. Usually these tall ones wobble but this s76 model is sturdy. My mainecoon weighs 18 lbs and he jumps on the top platform without it tipping. Directions were clear enough and it didnt take long to set up. Good value for the height.

I was worried about it wobbling since my cat is 18lbs but this thing is sturdy. The sisal posts are real wood/rope not cheap stuff. He actually fits in the caves which is a first. Highly recommend if u have big cats.
