The product inside was fine but the box looked like it went through a war zone. The tree itself is tall and my cat likes the hammock. Took about 45 mins to put together. Light grey color is cool.

Globlazer added the S83F in November 2025. This one is Dark Grey. The S83F is sold in 3 colors: Light Grey, Beige, and Dark Grey.
Use the numbered S83F manual and the assembly video on this page. Hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box; you do not need your own tools. A step ladder helps on a tall tree. Follow the numbered steps, then finish the final tightening only after every floor-contact point sits flat. See assembly
When a matching part exists, replace the worn post or hammock without discarding the tree. Contact Support with your order number and the part you need.
