Assembly was straightforward. The video instructions are a lifesaver. My cats are 15lbs each and it doesnt wobble much even when they zoom up to the top perches. The light grey looks modern and doesnt clash with the living room furniture.

Most trees are made for kittens it feels like but my 15lb tabby fits in the condo no problem. Video assembly was actually helpful for once. Sturdy and looks modern.

its HUGE lol. didnt measure my space right but it fits in the corner. the beige is nice. cats took a few days to get used to it but now they sleep on the top perches every night. docking a star because one of the screws was missing but i had a spare in my tool box so it worked out.

it is huge!! the box was super heavy so have someone help you bring it in. once i got it together it looked great though. one of the perches was a lil wobbly at first but i just had to tighten the bolt more. shipping took a bit longer then expected but the cat loves the scratching board at the bottom.

Honestly surprised by how sturdy this thing is. Usually these tall ones feel like they're gonna tip but the base is heavy and the strap keeps it glued to the wall. Scratching board is a nice touch. My big tom cat actually fits in the top perch.

Use the numbered F74 manual and the assembly video on this page. Hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box; you do not need your own tools. A step ladder helps on a tall tree. Follow the numbered steps, then finish the final tightening only after every floor-contact point sits flat. See assembly
