Assembly FAQs
Do I need to prepare my own tools?
No, all Globlazer products come with a dedicated hex key and clearly sorted hardware
packs. You don't need any extra tools to finish the assembly.
What should be the first step after unboxing?
We recommend keeping the wooden boards inside the box or placing them on a soft surface
to prevent scratching. Please count all parts and hardware first, and carefully check
the pillar numbers against the manual. If you find any missing parts, contact us
directly for free replacements.
A few pillars in the package look identical. Does it matter if I install them backwards?
Absolutely! This is a common reason for tilted cat trees or misaligned holes. During
assembly, please carefully check the number/letter labels on both ends of each pillar to
ensure they match the current step in the instructions.
The screws feel tight during the first few turns. Is this normal?
Yes, entirely normal. Our metal anchors use high-quality threads designed to prevent
screws from loosening over long-term use. Initial resistance is expected. Please ensure
the screw is perfectly straight before fully tightening it.
Is wall-mounting the cat tree really necessary?
Yes, highly recommended! Physics determines that extra-tall cat trees will experience
slight wobbling under the dynamic impact of large cats (like Maine Coons). For your
cat's absolute safety, please securely attach the included anti-tip strap to your wall.
