What if screws or parts are missing?

Assembly & Manuals

Before you assume a shortage, open your model PDF and count every lettered board and P-coded post against the parts list. Hardware rows often print +1; those extras are spares, not proof that a piece is gone. If the count still shows a real gap after you finish the list, request replacements through Parts, or contact us for further help as the General Guidelines allow.

Quick checks

  • Sort boards by letter and posts by P code before Step 1.
  • Treat +1 as spare; set those aside so they do not confuse the count.
  • Photograph the carton label and the short line on the list when you open a Parts request or contact us.
