The tree is 81.7 inches (208 cm) tall. This one is Light Grey. The S81G is sold in 3 colors: Light Grey, Beige, and Dark Grey.
Use the numbered S81G manual and the assembly video on this page. Hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box; you do not need your own tools. A step ladder helps on a tall tree. Follow the numbered steps, then finish the final tightening only after every floor-contact point sits flat. See assembly
