This thing is way too massive and the box arrived all beat up. one of the caves had a rip in the beige fabric and it smells like chemicals. my cats wont even go near it yet. total pain to return something this size.

Globlazer added the S85 in October 2025. This one is Dark Grey. The S85 is sold in 2 colors: Light Grey and Dark Grey.
Use the numbered S85 manual and the assembly video on this page. Hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box; you do not need your own tools. A step ladder helps on a tall tree. Follow the numbered steps, then finish the final tightening only after every floor-contact point sits flat. See assembly
When a matching part exists, replace the worn post or hammock without discarding the tree. Contact Support with your order number and the part you need.
